While the masks themselves are offered free of charge, any payment toward this product is for shipping and handling. S&H costs are computed and shown at checkout.

Aesthetics, color, and printed patterning (or lack thereof) of the mask are subject to lot-to-lot variations.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling do NOT include customs fees, brokerage, or any taxes – those are charged separately for international locales by the appropriate agency. Once this item is In-stock, it can take 10-14 business days for processing before shipment (barring the occurrence of a force majeure event). Shipping times will vary by carrier and distance to the receiver. At the time of shipment, customers will receive an email notification that includes their order tracking number.

Consumer does hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, property damage, any claim in tort, or any other claim, regardless of legal theory, that may hereafter accrue as a result of the use of the Donated Equipment. The entire risk as to the performance of the Equipment offered for free, with exception to shipping and handling costs. In no event shall
ANOVOS Productions LLC or its officers, employees or agents, be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or any other economic or physical loss or damage to any individual regardless of legal theory resulting from use of the Equipment offered for free, with exception to shipping and handling costs. The above limitations on liability apply even though
ANOVOS Productions LLC may not have advised of the possibility of such damage.
3. Indemnification. The consumer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
ANOVOS Productions LLC from any and all claims, liability and damages, arising from the use of the Equipment offered for free, with exception to shipping and handling costs.
